Certifications

Australian made and owned

Screenwood is a 100% Australian owned company with all our products designed and made by our team at our factory in Kirrawee, NSW. This enables us to control our quality and reduce manufacturing times.

Global GreenTag™

This certification supports your green building and sustainability goals by ensuring our products meet stringent world-class standards for health and safety, non-eco-toxicity, post-consumer recycled content, waste reduction, and compliance with environmental and labour regulations.

PEFC™

We proudly hold the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC™) for our solid timber and fibreboard ranges. Screenwood complies with Chain of Custody for certified wood and forest products and is committed to operating a Due Diligence System (DDS) in accordance with AS 4707:2014.

Our commitments

Ethical sourcing and supply chain transparency

We only select ethical suppliers who comply with the stringent Global GreenTag™ criteria and demonstrate a shared passion for sustainability throughout the value chain.

Environmentally responsible mills

We source our fibreboard exclusively from Australian mills with PEFC™ endorsement (or certification). While most of our hardwood species come from Australia, we also source our Hemlock and Western Red Cedar from PEFC™ certified mills in North America.

Australian made for sustainability control

We proudly manufacture our products exclusively in Australia, allowing us to control sustainable business practices from beginning to end.

Sustainable packaging

We deliver our products in recyclable, recycled, and biodegradable packaging, promoting easy disposal that minimises environmental impact
