Screenwood is proud to expand our Modulo® MR range, unveiling two new tongue and groove profiles – Groove 30 and Flute 3.
Designed for versatility and durability, these profiles offer architects, designers, and builders the freedom to create striking interior applications, from wood and timber ceiling and wall panels to curved timber panels and refined joinery.
Crafted from moisture-resistant MDF and available in lengths up to 5400mm, both Groove 30 and Flute 3 feature a 100mm effective cover. Their subtle depth (18mm and 25mm respectively) delivers definition without overwhelming the surface, making them the ideal decorative battens for walls, ceilings, curves and joinery applications.
Finishes to Suit Every Project
The Modulo® MR profiles are available in a wide selection finishes: Navurban™, Navurban Diamond™, Navurban Silken™, and Navurban Elements™, as well as RAW options for custom applications. From natural oak tones and jet black through to metallic-inspired surfaces like Titanium and Abstract Bronze, these finishes open new possibilities for contemporary interiors.
Tongue and Groove Boards Designed for Walls, Ceilings and Curves
Whether you’re specifying tongue and groove boards for a clean-lined ceiling, fluted wall panels for a feature wall, or timber wall panels that wrap seamlessly around a curve, Modulo® MR offers the flexibility to achieve your design vision. With a tested curve radius of 100mm (Groove 30) and 250mm (Flute 3), these profiles are engineered to perform in both straight and curved applications.
Performance Backed by Certification
Sustainability and compliance are core to the Modulo® MR range. Both profiles are PEFC™ certified, Global GreenTag™ certified, low VOC, UV-resistant, and abrasion resistant.
Fire testing by Warrington Fire confirms a Group 3 rating in accordance with AS ISO 9705:2003 (R2016) and AS 5637.1:2015. Combined with low-maintenance finishes that require no oiling or staining, Modulo® MR is built to perform in commercial and residential settings.

For projects requiring a tactile yet lightweight alternative, Modulo® MR also complements acoustic wallpaper applications.
