Thoughtful design for wellbeing
Cranbrook Care commissioned Pike Withers to design an extension for their Aged Care Facility in Neutral Bay, integrating a refurbished heritage-listed residence with a modern wing, beautifully appointed with landscaped gardens and Sydney Harbour views.
The facility prioritises residents’ wellbeing, offering practical care services in addition to amenities such as a beauty salon and wellness centre with a hydrotherapy pool.
Empowering Healthy Spaces
The furnishings and fittings at Landsdowne Gardens exemplify exceptional quality through customisation and outstanding serviceability, setting a new standard in aged care. Modulo® high-performance panels are crafted from moisture-resistant fibreboard (MR MDF) and bonded with NAVURBAN™ White Mountain Oak, a non-PVC Olefin decorative surface film featuring an antibacterial finish. These surfaces are easy to clean and require little to no maintenance.
The interior features Modulo®tongue and groove lining boards in three popular profiles.
Adaptable applications
Modulo® tongue and groove panels have been creatively utilised throughout the facility, highlighting their remarkable versatility.
In the wellness centre, Modulo® Arc 3 elegantly curves along the walls, enhancing the design with its soft silhouette and natural wood grain texture. Modulo® Flute features prominently in the reception area, integrating custom joinery including cabinet fronts. Meanwhile, profile Groove 50 lines the curved doors of private rooms to create a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere for residents.
