One of the historical limitations of real timber in commercial settings is maintenance. Staining, re-coating, and moisture management add ongoing cost and disruption, particularly in high-traffic environments.
Modulo® NAVURBAN™ surfaces arrive prefinished and require no annual staining. They’re resistant to UV, abrasion, and staining, and can be cleaned with standard commercial cleaning products. In environments like healthcare, aged care, and education, this matters significantly; spaces need to look considered long after the opening photography.
