Specially designed for the highest fire-rated interior environments, it presents a new, cost-effective, pre-finished solution for those seeking creative freedom to sculpt dynamic woodgrain interiors.
3 Profiles designed for creative exploration
Modulo® Group 1 features an advanced and compliant technical design for 3 profiles – Batten, Arc and Flute, each with key features:
- Achieves a radius of 500mm.
- Available in 2.7-metre, 3.6-metre, and 5.4-metre lengths.
- Suitable for vertical, horizontal, and sculptural applications.
- The profiles’ crease lines are easy to bend, allowing for curving or simple finishing to the boundary without needing costly proprietary finishes or equipment.
Modulo® Group 1 tongue and groove boards are specifically designed for interior environments requiring a Group 1 fire rating.
- Fire tested in accordance with ISO 9705:2003 (R2016) and AS5637.1:2015, achieving a Group 1 certification

- The system’s commercially acceptable strength is more robust than paper finishes and requires no annual maintenance such as oiling, painting or staining.
Easy and Cost-Effective Installation
Modulo® Group 1 is crafted using hollow, lightweight aluminium. It is easier to cut, carry, and curve, ensuring a faster and more cost-effective installation – no prep work required.
- Easily cut to size and install using lengths that can be glued and secured with screws (concealed within the tongue and groove board).
- Installation is more cost-effective using off-the-shelf top hat/furring channels and screws, eliminating the need for expensive proprietary systems.
- Features easy vertical break points to accommodate various end-point finishing and curving needs.
- Corner and start trims are available for a superior finish.
